For VAF GmbH, I developed a recruiting concept to strengthen the employer brand. In addition to a modular design system for job ads, I created authentic corporate photography with employees staged in their real working environment. Custom key visuals and flexible layouts for different job profiles supported a consistent and credible employer presence across communication channels.
