For VAF GmbH's social media channels, I managed and developed content with a focus on employer branding and apprentice recruitment. The work included employee photography, authentic insights into the company environment, and content concepts designed to attract young talent and strengthen the employer brand. The goal was to create a consistent social media presence that communicates the company culture and supports recruiting activities.
