VAF is a growing, family-owned mid-sized company and a leading manufacturer of special-purpose machinery and automation systems for renowned automotive manufacturers and their suppliers worldwide.

During his employment, Mr. Grau’s responsibilities included, among others:

• Collaborating closely with all company departments, including Executive Management, Human Resources, Training, Engineering, and Project Management
• Managing and maintaining the company’s social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Designing and preparing artwork for printed marketing materials
• Evaluating, coordinating, and communicating with external service providers and identifying new business opportunities
• Managing the company’s internal communication platform (Intranet)
• Corporate photography, including employee portraits, event photography, and marketing-related visual content

Mr. Grau demonstrated extensive professional expertise, which he consistently applied to the benefit of the company. He continuously expanded his knowledge through professional development and quickly familiarized himself with new subject areas.

Thanks to his excellent analytical skills and quick comprehension, he rapidly adapted to new responsibilities and mastered complex tasks with confidence. He consistently showed exceptional commitment, a strong sense of responsibility, and outstanding loyalty to the company. Even under periods of heavy workload, he remained highly resilient and dependable.

Mr. Grau completed all assigned tasks independently, with great care, excellent organization, and a structured approach. He consistently worked in a calm, focused, and goal-oriented manner while maintaining a high level of precision. Both the quality and quantity of his work consistently met the highest standards.

He was highly reliable and trustworthy at all times and consistently developed effective solutions to every challenge he encountered. His performance was recognized and highly valued throughout his employment.

Mr. Grau left our company on October 31, 2024, at his own request. We sincerely regret his decision, as we are losing a highly valued employee.
